The locations of the two trees being proposed for crown reduction and grooming. Recent wind events have revealed that the larger trees between 40 Delamere and 42 Delamere have reached a size where wind loads put them under high level odf stress. Indeed on Fe 14 the Salix was put under so m uch stress that it snapped off at ground level but fortunately did not damage our neighbours buildings.

The May 11 event brought down a significant set of branches from the Grevillea robusta. Taking the two events together a signal for the need to manage the trees to avoid building damage.

It is intended that the crowns of the two trees indicated be reduced in volume by approx. 30% and groomed
